How Ring Forge handles website, customer, and caller data

This policy explains the data Ring Forge collects, why it is used, and how it is protected across the public website, demo flow, and customer platform.

Last updated: 2026-04-04

1. Data we collect

Ring Forge may collect contact details, account information, billing data, onboarding responses, support requests, website analytics, demo-submission data, and service usage records. Depending on customer configuration and telecom flow, Ring Forge may also process caller phone numbers, call metadata, call recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and related operational logs.

2. How we use data

Ring Forge uses data to provide the service, authenticate users, process billing, operate call workflows, deliver summaries and notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability and performance.

3. Website and marketing analytics

Public pages may store limited session-level attribution data such as UTM parameters and basic interaction events for CTA measurement and marketing performance review. That information is used to understand which campaigns and trade pages are generating qualified interest.

4. Customer call data

When customers use the Ring Forge platform, the service may process call content and lead details to route calls, summarize conversations, create records, send notifications, support audits, and help customers follow up with callers. Customers are responsible for their own disclosures and compliance obligations tied to call recording, consent, and retention requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.

5. Service providers

Ring Forge uses third-party vendors to support hosting, telephony, messaging, billing, observability, authentication, and infrastructure operations. Those providers may process data on Ring Forge behalf only to the extent needed to supply the service or operate the platform.

6. Security and retention

Ring Forge uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a hosted SaaS product. No internet system is perfectly secure, and Ring Forge cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is retained for operational, legal, support, billing, and audit needs for as long as reasonably necessary or required by applicable law and contract.

7. Sharing and disclosure

Ring Forge does not sell personal data in the ordinary course of business. Data may be shared with service providers, with the relevant customer account team, to comply with law, to enforce platform safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or asset sale.

8. Your choices

Customers may request updates to account information, manage certain billing and configuration settings inside the product, and contact Ring Forge regarding privacy questions or lawful requests. Public website visitors may contact Ring Forge directly if they want to understand how their submitted information is used.

9. Policy updates

Ring Forge may revise this policy as the product, vendors, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
