Terms for the Ring Forge website and service
These terms govern access to the public Ring Forge website, the demo experience, and the customer platform. By using the site or service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 2026-04-04
1. Scope
Ring Forge provides software and related workflow tooling for trade businesses. Public pages describe the service, pricing, and supported trades. The customer platform may include account management, onboarding, call configuration, call summaries, billing, and related support workflows.
2. No professional advice
Content on the public site is informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, emergency-response, or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for how they run their businesses, respond to leads, comply with recording and consent laws, and communicate pricing or service commitments to callers.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, or use Ring Forge in violation of applicable law, telecom rules, privacy obligations, or caller-consent requirements.
4. Accounts and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, controlling who can access their workspace, and reviewing call flows, forwarding settings, and notification configuration before relying on the service in production.
5. Billing and plan terms
Paid access is governed by the plan selected at purchase, including the applicable monthly base fee and any usage-based charges disclosed during checkout or on the pricing page. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle until canceled. Customers are responsible for taxes, carrier costs, and third-party fees that lawfully apply to their use.
6. Availability and third-party providers
Ring Forge depends on third-party infrastructure and communications providers. Service availability may be affected by carrier issues, telephony routing, hosting outages, browser limitations, or provider-side failures outside Ring Forge control. Public system status is published at status.ringforgehq.com.
7. Data handling
Use of the service may involve caller details, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, lead summaries, billing data, and support records. Ring Forge processes that data to operate the product, secure the platform, support customers, and improve reliability, subject to the Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ring Forge does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, lead conversion, revenue outcomes, or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
9. Updates to these terms
Ring Forge may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or operating practices evolve. The current version will remain posted on this page with an updated effective date.
